A damaged Vacuflush Diptube can cause a vacuum leak within your system. This dip-tube assembly is the replacement for the Dometic/SeaLand VGII vacuum generator. The Dip-tube has been re-designed since its original release in 2000. Originally the “Nut” had 2 wings on it and was prone to cracking when overtightened. The new design has an 8 sided nut made from a glass-reinforced polymer that is more durable. Additionally, the curve is more gradual than the original design, thus preventing clogging.
