It gives the stability if the lowrider carrying the front panniers centred on the front wheel combined with the convenience of a platform above the wheel for carrying light, bulky items like sleeping bag and mat. Front of rack has a centre hole for attaching a light. Not suitable for mounting on a sprung or carbon forks without rack eyelets. Rack attaches to lower and mid fork eyelets and fork crown.
